It is so durable we use it for horsebox ramps that take the full weight of horses with metal shoes daily without damage, so for vans and pickup trucks it easily copes with tools and loading without wear. It has the advantage of waterproofing any surface it is sprayed onto and is ideal for spraying van interiors that are ply lined. Almost any shape made from ply can be sprayed making it ideal for fancy shaped load areas or shelves. Unlike drop in liners for pickup trucks it adheres to the painted surface so totally stops water penetrating and causing rust. It is environmentally safe with no harmful VOCs or CFCs. We spray Coat-X in vehicles where water and chemical containment is paramount. Coat-x is a very good sound insulator with many applications.It is worth noting that any spray on coating is only as good as the staff applying it.
